Updated: April 11, 2008 Popera House Entertainment is a diverse, independent multimedia company, based in Los Angeles, owned and operated by songwriter/musician Jaye Luckett of the rock outfit Poperratic. Primarily as an outlet for Luckett's own personal songwriting, recording, licensing and publishing projects, PHE functions as a record label imprint, project studio, original music library, and oversees a retail store (The Pop Shop), and print publishing arm (Popera Press). Our label imprint also is working on special projects with a few other artists, such as Juxtagon, New Republic, and Merkcurie, and as PHE awaits the opportunity to issue releases by them, you can preview their demos, rough mixes and other work here, in the meantime. We also have designated a few select slots for Artist Collective members - special creative guests who have been invited to share their music and/or videos. We've put up the free "Big Hush" album download again... it should be there for a few more weeks and after that, gone for good to make room for other things. Also, song singles from past releases will be available in the Digital Store soon. I've been working on some new projects and haven't had time to go through everything yet. I will try to get some of the most often requested ones up before I leave and finish the remainder sometime after I've come back. - Jaye

Poperratic The Big Hush This full-length album is available once more for free, from throughout the rest of April and into early May, to registered members of the PHE community. Thirteen unreleased Poperratic recordings, unplugged, raw and powerful. Poperratic Vagus (the wandering nerve.) Poperratic's outstanding debut studio album, is now available at The Pop Shop's digital store (accessible here at PHE), Amazon.com, iTunes, Virgin Digital, Rhapsody, Napster & many more. Includes songs featured in the MASTERS OF HORROR Season One episode "Sick Girl", directed by Lucky McKee, and which also featured an original score by Poperratic. Poperratic MAY and Other Selected Works of Jaye Barnes Luckett Released by renowned soundtrack label La-La Land Records, this early retrospective of Jaye Luckett's soundtrack work, boasts a selection of Luckett's score and original songs from film and television projects such as MAY, MASTER OF HORROR and ROMAN. All have been re-mastered especially for this collection. It also features "Bad Girl" from THE WOODS, and early score sketch demos for the project, which were unheard by anyone but Jaye and Lucky McKee until now.
